CORINTH CANAL - MYCENAE (visit) ARGOS-NAUPLIA - EPIDAURUS (visit) - ATHENS

Drive along the coastal road of the Saronic gulf to Mycenae, visit the remains of the ancient city, including the Lioness Gate, the tomb of Agamemnon and the Palace. Then through Argos on to Nauplia. After lunch visit Epidaurus and its theater, famous for its remarkable acoustics, Return to Athens via the Epidarus/Corinth road.

LEVADIA-ARACHOVA-DELPHI(visit)-ATHENS

Drive through Levadia and Arachova (famous for its bright multicolored carpets). Arrive in Delphi, the ancient Greece sanctuary of Apollo. Visit the Museum in which one can see, among other archaeological treasures, the unique bronze Charioteer, then proceed through the sacred way to the Athenian treasury. Visit the Temple of Apollo, the Castalia Spring etc.

8:00am. Transfer by motorcoach from Athens to Flisvos Marina and board your cruise ship.

8:30am. Sail for the island of Hydra. In Hydra you have time at leisure for strolling, shopping or swimming. In the early afternoon sail for the island of Aegina, passing through the narrow strait separating the Pelopponesian coast from the island of Poros. Lunch is served after sailing. Short visit of Poros. Upon arrival in Aegina you can either join the excursion to the Temple of Aphaia(extra cost) or walk around the main town. Finally re-embark for the sail back to Flisvos Marina.

Day 1 Drive to Delphi through Levadia and Arachova. Two hours at leisure. Depart for Kalambaka. Drive through the central Greece towns of Amphissa, Lamia and Trikala crossing the Thessalian plain. Overnight Kalambaka.

Day 2 Morning visit of breathtaking Meteora and its monasteries built on the top of high rocks. Then start the drive back to Athens passing through Termopylae where Leonidas was killed and Kamena Vourla. Visits to the archeaological site and museum in Delphi are not included.
